All orders placed through the online store have a 14-day right of return. You can find more detailed information about our return conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sending a return request

Please contact us via email support@smartspot.fi , and we will send you a return label. Attach it to the package and take it to the post office.

When your return request is accepted and the return requires delivery, you will receive an email with delivery instructions and a return label. The cost of the return is the postage (€5,00) in Finland, which is deducted from the amount to be returned. 

For orders delivered outside Finland, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your return notice (excluding any additional charges due to a delivery method you selected that differs from our standard, least expensive delivery option). 

Unless you have agreed otherwise, we will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. By placing the order, you agree that we will issue the refund via bank transfer to an account you designate. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. Examining the goods does not affect your right of withdrawal. You are only responsible or the decrease in the value of the goods.
